Eye cream is the most debated step in skincare. Some swear it is a scam. I will die on this hill defending it, or at least the formulas that pass my test. The skin around the eyes is thinner and moves constantly, so texture and tolerance matter more here than anywhere else. I test each formula for weeks, morning and night, and under concealer.
