My Sephora sale picks, updated every Savings Event. This round: the products I would actually spend my discount on.
Your wishlist just became a shopping list.
The Sephora Savings Event is here, and I still remember what it felt like to wait for it. Years ago, my sale cart never changed: the Philosophy 2-Step Microdelivery Vitamin C Peel, a $60 splurge before the discount, and the Fresh Black Tea Instant Perfecting Mask. I bought them religiously, every single time.
A lot has changed since then. I have honed my craft, become part of the beauty industry, and learned to read an ingredient list like a menu. My shelves are overflowing at the moment (every moment, any moment). But if I were shopping this sale, this list is exactly what would be in my basket.
Because the trick is knowing what is worth it. A discount does not make a mediocre product good. It just makes a great one easier to justify. Below are my top 15 picks, from smart restocks to the splurges that deserve their price tag. Want the full edit? My Sephora Sale Picks collection on ShopMy has more than 25 favorites, all in one place.

My Top 15 Sephora Sale Picks
Prices are before your discount, so do the happy math at checkout.
Dermalogica Daily Milkfoliant Exfoliator
I have written about this Dermalogica masterpiece in my edit of the best powder face cleansers. Why bring it up again? Dermalogica is almost never on sale, so this is your moment to score it at a discount. Trust me, you will not regret it.
Compared to the classic Daily Microfoliant, this formula is a touch gentler, which makes it a great pick for skin prone to redness or sensitivity. Combined with water, the fluffy powder turns into a soothing froth that lifts dead cell buildup from the surface. Papain enzymes and ultra-fine cellulose do the polishing, while oat and coconut milk keep things calm. The result? Glass-smooth texture and a radiant glow.
MARA Pearl Peptide Glaze 3-in-1 Essence
This one is just so… elegant. But aesthetics aside, there is more to talk about than the stunning bottle and the slightly glowy hue of this juicy liquid step. That glow is the pearl powder at work.
Powered by marine-derived peptides, sea silt extract, squalane, and beta-glucan, this is a brilliant hydration step for just about everyone. It soothes, hydrates, balances, recharges, and softens skin in a single application. It did exactly that for me. Which is why my sister-in-law is bringing an extra bottle from the US on her next visit.
SK-II Facial Treatment Essence
Few things are as iconic as the SK-II Pitera Essence. Impressively simple in composition, this straightforward liquid step is known for its ability to boost hydration and glow. And it is totally worth the hype. Treasured across some of the most coveted vanities, this yeast ferment derivative is packed with micronutrients including minerals, vitamins, and amino acids.
I have dipped in and out of this formula for over two decades and I can always tell when it is back in my routine consistently. How? My skin is noticeably more radiant, even-toned, and just fresher looking. Skip the cotton pad. Splash it into your palm and press directly into skin. Ten out of ten. No notes.
Ranavat Radiant Rani Brightening Saffron Serum
I have covered this Ranavat icon before, and I have been a fan of the formula for years. Every time I post about it on Instagram, a few people get vocal about the price. Well, the Sephora sale is when you get it.
What makes it different? It is lush, potent, indulgent, and intoxicating. You have to love rose, since the scent is noticeable right after application. But this dense, rich face oil mixes brilliantly with all my serums and creams. If you are a face oil aficionado, you will appreciate its artisan-level precision. For the best results, read my guide on how to apply face oil and turn it into a royal ritual.
Youth To The People Superfood Retinol + Collagen Peptides Protein Balm
Full transparency: I have not tried this one yet. It is on its way to me, and here is why I am excited. This balm wraps retinol in a cushion of niacinamide, peptides, proteins, and the brand’s signature greens.
On paper, it is exactly what I want for a minimalist evening routine: cushiony, firming, and gentle enough to skip the usual retinol growing pains. That is the whole point of this balm. Vitamin A benefits, without taking chances. The retinol is paired with cyclodextrin for a slower, gentler release, and there is no added fragrance.
Clarins Double Serum
This is exactly when Double Serum loyalists stock up. Clarins is rarely discounted, so the savings on this one really add up. Legendary for all the right reasons, Double Serum is at its best in its current formula. Combining water and oil phases, this nourishing serum aims to brighten, refine the look of pores, and soften the appearance of fine lines.
Does it work? As someone who has been using it since 1999, I am going to say yes. I am obsessed (here is my full Double Serum review).
Paula’s Choice Pro-Collagen Peptide Intensive Rich Cream Moisturizer
You have already heard me sing the praises of the gel-textured Paula’s Choice Pro-Collagen Peptide Moisturizer (it is in my best peptide moisturizers), and my obsession has not changed. But this richer cream is even better if your skin leans dry or stressed.
I think everyone would benefit from it as a night treatment. It is lush and creamy but never heavy or greasy. Sublime, really. Three peptides and adenosine target firmness and fine lines, while squalane, betaine, and hyaluronic acid keep skin cushioned. And because it is so new, Paula’s Choice excludes it from discounts on its own site. Sephora does not.
Dieux Deliverance 3-in-1 Repair Serum
Dieux gets a lot of exposure on social media. Still, no one is talking about the Deliverance serum enough. I never hear anyone rave about it. Guess what? It is not to be missed.
Deliverance is your niacinamide treatment. At 4%, it works toward brighter skin over time. Its antioxidant and peptide blend also helps with the look of enlarged pores and loss of firmness. Behind the niacinamide sit green tea, three cannabinoids (CBD, CBG, and CBN), and two peptides. And there is no added fragrance.
Only steer clear if your skin is sensitive to niacinamide. This Dieux formula sits a few notches above Face Serums 101.
Rejuran Dual Effect Ampoule c-PDRN® 0.5%
I am not delusional enough to take skincare advice from Kris Jenner. But the confusing spokesperson situation aside, this product is fantastic. PDRN can be a murky ingredient space, and many products touting it deliver very little in terms of results. Rejuran is the authority here, and this ampoule proves it. Built around c-PDRN®, a DNA-derived ingredient sourced from salmon, the skin-repairing serum also features niacinamide and a solid antioxidant complex.
Having tried both Rejuran ampoules, I have a slight preference for the Dual Effect because my skin is feeling noticeably firmer halfway through the bottle. Speaking of which, I only use half the syringe-style pipette per application.
Skinfix Exo + Ectoin Retinol-Alternative Intensive Aging Repair Baume
First things first: I am not a fan of the scent (what is that, even?) or the dispenser. But the formula is so good I would squeeze it out of a zip-top bag if I had to. This Skinfix moisturizer is soothing, repairing, barrier-strengthening, and overall reviving. Behind it are three ceramides, cholesterol, and a healthy dose of ectoin. And there is no added fragrance.
It is excellent at bedtime. I layer it over my nightly cocktail of a thick, milky essence and a few drops of my hyaluronic acid serum of choice (my favorites are here) on nights off from resurfacers and retinoids. Think of it as a self-care break for when your skin needs to pause and heal.
Augustinus Bader The Rich Eye Cream
I do not want to love this one as much as I do. But such is life. Augustinus Bader may be best known for The Rich Cream (full review here), but if you were to pick just one item to treat yourself to this round, make it The Rich Eye Cream. As a firm believer in eye cream, I cannot begin to tell you how much this one impressed me. Rich but not greasy, it strikes a perfect balance of hydration and moisture to keep the eye area looking alert, firm, and rested.
What is impressive for a product that does this much, the texture is ideal for daytime wear. You do not have to be an Augustinus Bader devotee to get behind this one. It is the eye cream worth the splurge.
Merit The Minimalist Perfecting Complexion Stick
This Merit gem is one makeup item I can recommend to everyone. It is subtle, yet it covers imperfections seamlessly while looking completely natural. It did take me a moment to find the perfect match, but now I know Dune is the shade I need a backup of.
It works under the eyes to conceal and all over the face to cover. It glides on creamy and blends in with just your fingers. Totally foolproof. Excellent for covering redness, or for downsizing your packing list when you travel.
Milk Makeup Hydro Grip Gel Stick Concealer
Still not over how well the Hydro Grip Gel concealer works. I wrote a dedicated post about this concealer and I stand by every word. Unlike most concealers, this formula delivers one of the most satisfying glides on skin. It blends effortlessly, covers just enough, and lasts all day. Effective and user-friendly: both non-negotiable for the perfect concealer.
As someone who rarely wears makeup, I am extremely picky about natural-looking results, and Milk Makeup exceeded my expectations with this one. I wear shade 4.5. That’s all.
Kérastase Nectar Thermique Nutritive Heat Protecting Styling Cream
I will forever stock up on this whenever it goes on sale. I could use dollar store shampoo and conditioner, apply this Kérastase cream on top, and still feel like I walked out of a high-end salon. Nothing has ever made my hair feel this soft, manageable, nourished, and healthy. The silkiness is surreal. Unlike countless other leave-in formulas I have tried to switch to, the Nectar Thermique cannot be beaten. The large tube lasts me close to a year. Yes, it is that efficient.
Jo Malone London Wood Sage & Sea Salt Cologne
Fragrance is where this sale gets smart. Full-size perfumes rarely go on sale, so the Savings Event is the moment to restock your signature scent or check off a gift at a better price. Start here.
Wood Sage & Sea Salt smells like a walk along a windy coastline. Mineral sea salt, earthy sage, and a soft, musky warmth from ambrette seeds. It is fresh without ever turning sporty, and it suits just about anyone. That makes it one of the safest fragrance gifts out there. It also layers beautifully with most of the Jo Malone London wardrobe. And if you are buying it for yourself, no one has to know.
The sale ends November 9, and popular shades and bestsellers go fast. If something here made you pause, add it to your basket now and decide later. Future you will thank you.
