Boscia SAKE Launches – Treatment Water, Balm, Hydrogel Eye and Face Masks

SAKE: Treatment Water & Balm
SAKE: Treatment Water & Balm

Combining the ancient powers of Japanese Sake with modern day technology, the latest skincare innovations from boscia have this cocktail driven beauty enthusiast particularly excited. Getting my bathroom counter to more closely resemble a bar shelf (#VanityGoals), the brand new additions include Sake Treatment Water, Sake Balm, Sake Brightening Hydrogel Eye Masks, and two new Hydrogel Face Masks: Sake and Tsubaki Oil. No shot glasses needed. #illdrinktothat

The prep step that gears your skin up for optimal product absorption, Sake Treatment Water reminds me of the trendy essence type product first popularized in the Asian market. More than a toner, not yet a serum, this lightweight liquid is a blend of Rice Ferment Filtrate (read: Sake), Vitamin B, and Hyaluronic Acid. Hydrating, firming, and brightening, this unscented formula is to be pressed into skin after cleansing morning and night. Unlike the dozen other treatment waters in which I am currently drowning (total downfall of mine), the boscia bottle is slim, sleek, and 100% portable. YASSS! $46 (1.85 oz)

Way up my alley, the boscia Sake Balm is a dream come true for those with combination, uneven, or dehydrated skin. The gel consistency with bounce back texture is infused with Sake ferment, Glycolic Acid, and Vitamin C. Hashtag triple threat perfection. This brightening, tightening, and exfoliating balm manages to be both rich yet weightless and soaks in within seconds. Worn overnight (best slotted in my routine), this state of the art moisturizer delivers impressive skin plumping and illuminating results. $46 (1.75 oz)

Perfect for travel or after a night during which you had too much sake yourself, the Sake Brightening Hydrogel Eye Masks rescue puffy, tired looking eyes and make you look more alert than ever before. The crescent shaped pads are saturated in Sake and Marine Collagen to deliver immediate hydration, improve elasticity, and brighten the overall undereye area, all in just twenty minutes. Cooling and refreshing, both of these straight outta Korea inventions are among my travel case must-haves and recovery mode staples. $15 (3 pairs)

Fans of Hydrogel sheet masks will go bananas and every other fruit possible over the latest boscia additions. The powered up Sake Brightening mask replaces the Vitamin C formula and the Tsubaki Oil Deep Hydration mask expands the pink hued range. The single use, double sheet hydrogel solutions are some of my favorite moisture replenishing and radiance boosting secrets. Applied to cleansed skin, these intense treatments are not to be rinsed off after you peel them off — always rub the remaining liquid into the skin and continue your routine as usual. Potent and highly beneficial, also check out the Green Tea Mattifying and Black Charcoal Pore-Minimizing options. $8 each

If you love sake products I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you try the sake bath from fresh. I love taking baths and you will never want to take a bath without it after you try it. Add three capfulls to as hot as you can stand water in the tub (i usually get in then start filling up, it makes it feel less hot) and I promise, your body will reach new levels of 300 dollar massage relaxation. Take a cool shower afterwards to cool your body, dont skip that part, and you will have deep sleep. Promise you’ll love it bart!

Word! I’ve used it years ago and know I have a bottle somewhere, just have to find it. Love love love it. Sadly for me, I don’t indulge often as I have hypertension and it stimulates blood circulation. Looooooove the scent. Years ago, fresh had a limited edition set of skin/body/scent in partnership with the movie ‘Memoirs of a Geisha’ and the scent was so similar! 🙂
