A game changer in the fight against enlarged pores and uneven skin tone, the brand new launch from Paula’s Choice is a rare, one-of-a-kind anti-aging solution. The epitome of a complexion perfector, the Resist 10% Niacinamide Booster is a universal formula that works on every skin type to visibly refine the look of pores and improve overall texture for a smoother, brighter appearance.

Nia-what?

If you’re either unfamiliar with or curious about Niacinamide, it is essentially Vitamin B3, which has been proven to improve microcirculation while helping collagen production and diminish post acne scarring and hyperpigmentation issues. As well, it significantly decreases the prominence and unattractiveness of pores. One of my favorite Niacinamide articles, written by my friend Emily, paints a great picture of what is referred to as *the* most important anti-aging ingredient in skincare we are not using. Check it out HERE.

How and when?

Debuting at a 10% concentration for the very first time, this new Niacinamide treatment is in true Paula’s Choice fashion extremely straightforward, completely non-irritating, free of fluff ingredients, and impressively effective. Formulated to deliver while being flexible, the latest booster can be applied directly on the skin (after cleansing and exfoliating) or mixed with your serum or moisturizer. While safe to use twice a day, layer a broad spectrum SPF over it if you opt for daytime.

Water based and almost as lightweight, Paula’s Choice Resist 10% Niacinamide Booster is colorless, odorless, and absorbs ultra fast. All you need are 2-3 drops and a bit of patience but with consistent use, you will notice dramatic results within a couple of weeks. A seamless addition to any skincare regimen, this may be my favorite booster from PC to date, and trust me, I have every one of them. Ok, the Retinol one is pretty magical, too but Retinol may still trigger slight sensitivities in some whereas Vitamin B3 is a safe bet for absolutely everyone.

Do you need it?

You do, actually. In addition to the powerful Vitamin B3, the new 10% Niacinamide Booster is loaded with antioxidants and soothing agents. You won’t feel it on your skin upon application, but the notable difference in your complexion will have you doing double take in the mirror. Some will view the $42 price (less than an ounce) pricey, but its superb quality and composition make it an absolute skin-vestment.

I found that Lytera from Skinmedica it is superior to this. It cost more but u get 60 ml, same price as u get 3 of PC.

I bought two, and I like it, however, now I’m really burned up as I could get niaciniamide for what? $7 Canadian dollars from the Ordinary! Shoot. Why so expensive Paula?
This from someone who has all those PC products.
