Imagine a makeover for your bathroom and restocking all grooming essentials for just $72…without watching hours of HGTV or YouTube. Morgans, a subscription service now delivers the quintessential basics to cleanse, treat, and maintain your face, body and hair. Using only natural ingredients. And fragrances. Made right here stateside. Looking so on-point that a bottle of liquid hand soap or a toothbrush displayed sinkside has the ability to transform your space into a stark urban oasis.

The Morgans concept is brilliant in its simplicity. Because there is no way we can go through life without basic toiletries, the staples are now equal parts effective and aesthetically pleasing. Most importantly, the shopping experience is refreshingly uncomplicated. Check off boxes of the formulas you’d like delivered every two months and enjoy the essentials that range from bar soap through razors and toothbrushes to deodorant and even tree free toilet paper made from bamboo pulp. Good for you and the environment.

What to expect from the Morgans range? It’s all good, seriously. Straightforward and without overpromising, the lineup consists of direct necessities that are affordable, utilize quality ingredients, and reflect minimal packaging. Personally, I believe everyone should try a box, especially those needing a gift idea for a housewarming, a single guy, a guy who’s dating, any guy really, those whose bathrooms feature a bottle of Softsoap and a Yankee Candle (like, NO) and anyone with a guest bathroom that is not looking particularly user friendly.

While it’s probably best to splurge on a complete set of Morgans’ treats, here are my favorites for those looking to pick and choose:

Absolutely love the Shaving Cream ($6). Skin softening, hair raising (in a good way), and nourishing, it is a basic done so well, I may switch to it just because the slim tube makes it the most travel friendly shaving cream ever made. Major props. Really like the stylish Razor ($9) with wood handle but maybe it’s the creature of habit in me that keeps reaching for my mainstream drugstore brand… Both Shampoo and Conditioner ($6 each) have a great faint citrus scent and work with my heat tool abused hair very well. The Toothpaste ($5) is fantastic, it doesn’t foam like mad because there aren’t any SLS nor harsh agents, is fluoride free, and has a crisp peppermint flavor. Definitely get the Toothbrush duo ($4) because everyone needs these for overnight guests. That’s just common knowledge. Add to cart. Another winner, Liquid Soap ($6), can be used sinkside for you hands or in the shower as a body wash. Ther herbal earthy floral scent highlights notes of Rosewood, Grapefruit, Vetiver, and Orange essential oils, making it probably my favored Morgans pick. Anyone low maintenance will appreciate the completely non-greasy Moisturizer ($6) for the plain approach, using glycerin to prevent dryness – safe to use on both face and body.
