Brilliantly connecting the dots between the millennials, social media, and the multi-billion dollar beauty industry, Glossier nails modern day minimalism in every one of its formulas. The range is tightly edited and consists purely of staples. Genius basically. Rounding out a proper skincare ritual, the brand just launched Milky Jelly Cleanser, which ensures that all soothing, priming, and tinting begins with a clean face. Since anything Glossier looks so annoyingly neat, you just want it. And need it. Obviously.

Over a year in development, Glossier evolved its Milky Jelly Cleanser formula from customer feedback. And, Emily Weiss’s impeccable taste. Very accommodating, this new face wash performs on dry or wet skin, making it an excellent addition to your shower or sink side. Designed to dissolve makeup and thoroughly remove dirt, excess oil, and surface pollutants, the Glossier cleanser also conditions the skin. That means zero dryness, tightness, and discomfort.

The super straightforward ingredient deck is most appreciated. Soothing Rose Water and Comfrey Root Extract, nourishing Pro-Vitamin B5, moisture binding Betaine and Sodium Hyaluronate deliver plenty of TLC while prepping the skin for treatment products. The gel cream texture spreads like a dream and never foams up; it rinses clean and leaves behind super soft skin. Free of soap, fragrance, sulfates, parabens, and empty promises, Glossier makes basic pretty cool.

Gentle enough to be used twice a day, the latest from Glossier is an ideal addition to your routine morning or night. If you wear makeup, apply your Milky Jelly Cleanser to dry skin and massage it in gently before adding water. Safe to use around the eyes (eyelids included), it won’t burn or irritate that delicate area. Remove with a wet cloth or simply splash away. Every tinted moisturizer with SPF came off yours truly. Heads up: the Tom Ford Bronzing Gel, which is actually more of a stain, took a double cleanse. Looking very pretty in the shower, this conditioning face wash is a great AM option to calm your skin calm and ready it for the day ahead.

I know you said fragrance free, however, did you detect a faint aroma of rose?

The rose scent is super faint. I can actually barely smell it.
