I’ve been a loyal glamaholic since the launch of YOUTHMUD™, so I knew good things were in store when GLAMGLOW when launched the entire line of mud-to-foam cleansers. Earlier this month, the sexy mud makers released DREAMDUO™ Overnight Transforming Treatment and on the heels of the daytime hit that was GLOWSTARTER™, I was pumped to receive a jar.
The brand has yet to steer me wrong. Fun, clever and innovative without being gimmicky, the formulas deliver as promised. Two compartments under a single lid worked magic before (POWERCLEANSE™, anyone?) and so for the last week, the brand new DREAMDUO™ has been part of my evening routine. P.S. It smells delicious! Each time I open the container, I want to grab a spoon and park myself in front of the TV.
What is it?
The latest from GLAMGLOW is an intensive overnight hydrating treatment for those who dream of waking with a smooth, plump, radiant and make-up ready complexion. Perhaps even makeup optional. Dubbed ‘midnight magic for your skin’ the two step system is safe to be enjoyed by every skin type and can be used as an occasional sleep-in mask or a nightly moisturizer.
What’s in it?
First of all, there are two components to DREAMDUO™: DREAMSERUM and DREAMSEAL. Silky in texture, DREAMSERUM has a pearly luminescence and borders on gel-cream consistency. Loaded with Green Coffee Extract and the signature Green Tea Leaf TEOXI its goal is to energize the skin. The powerful antioxidants and vitamins help reverse free radical damage for a brighter, firmer appearance by morning. DREAMSEAL boosts the process with a punch of Hyaluronic Acid, Mozoku Green Algae and another shot of Green Coffee to refine, recharge and nourish the skin while you sleep.
How-to:
Apply DREAMSERUM on freshly cleansed skin and let it absorb for 30 seconds. Inhale and enjoy the incredible aroma, which I can’t quite figure out – somewhere between a childhood candy memory and a fancy fruit dessert at The Four Seasons on some tropical island. Mango? Marshmallow? Coconut? It’s mouth watering. Next, follow with DREAMSEAL to lock in moisture and let the heavy duty transformation take place.

Usually enthusiastic about anything GLAMGLOW, I’ll admit to some skeptisism when DREAMDUO™ landed in my hands. The good news is that I really really really like it! Both formulas absorb well and wear great overnight. Mornings after offer firm, comfortably hydrated, fresh, radiant skin. Mission accomplished. Creative packaging aside, the split jar houses 20ml for each step, more than generous size-wise for someone like me who chooses to indulge on an as needed basis (twice a week’ish).
