Breaking Brad – BRAD Sublime Youth Creator

According to Instagram, I first ‘liked’ a picture of a product by BRAD Skincare 11 months ago. A brief comment began a conversation and a week later, I experienced what Vogue called “L.A.’s Cultiest Skin Care Line.” Produced in small batches in Los Angeles, this niche line of high performance skincare exudes luxury on every level. #InVogue

Brad Hunter’s career at Estée Lauder, Lancôme and La Prairie led him to a game changer of a project. In 2004, he was commissioned for a skin care line for a private jet fleet, which was also wildly successful. While he still creates and supplies a private label line for charter aircrafts, Brad launched a new line of products in his name in 2010. With global access to the best ingredients and components available what else could he do? #(B)RAD

The full name of his product line is BRAD Biophotonic Skincare. Biophotonics happen when science meets technology and BRAD’s packaging is exclusively done in Biophotonic Violet glass. Everybody worries about the stability of active ingredients and exposure to light. BRAD makes sure harmful rays are blocked while violet light penetrates to energize and stimulate the molecules prolonging their longevity. A first for me. #GuidingLight

Last year, Brad’s favorite, the Ultra Peel blew me away. This year, however, belongs to his latest launch of the Sublime Youth Creator duo: Radiance Concentrate and Gel-Cream. These hardcore formulations allow me to serve my immaculate complexion with micro-encapsulated retinol and ‘survivor’ plant extracts. Day and night. #PairUp

The Radiance Concentrate is a light lotion that is rich in active ingredients. Intended to be applied both AM and PM after cleansing and toning, it is packed with peptides and antioxidants we all need twice a day. The addition of Violet Extract is such a treat. Not only is it a source of Salicylic Acid but also of vitamins A and C that are crucial to prolonging our youth. OMG were those the secret ingredients used by Meryl Streep and Goldie Hawn in Death Becomes Her??? #Elixir

Last week, I broke my cardinal rule of travel packing and included a full size *JAR!* of BRAD’s Sublime Youth Creator Gel-Cream for just a 5 day trip. I couldn’t chance the jet leg and awful hotel pillows ruining my selfies with Big Ben and the Eiffel Tower in the background over my husband’s birthday weekend. #Cosmopolitan

BRAD’s Sublime Gel-Cream has been created for use during the day. Since it’s a retinol product, you might be like: wait, WHAT!? Because the Retinol Complex is encapsulated, the delivery system is much gentler than that found in other products with equally dramatic results. The kicker is that you don’t have to fear any photosensitivity since it doesn’t exist in an encapsulated form. There’s also the added bonus of a delicious cucumber scent. #Sublime

Sublime Youth Creator Gel-Cream boasts a remarkable deck of ingredients. The ‘survivor’ plant I mentioned earlier is Globularia Cordifolia, known for its skin detoxifying properties. Matrixyl 3000 is a staple peptide blend but MSM (organic sulfur found in all plants and tissues) is the real star. MSM causes our cells to absorb more actives, which optimizes the anti-aging results. #OnDeck

Here’s the #GlowDown. BRAD Biophotonic Skincare is a unisex luxury skin care line, created with natural ingredients. There are no parabens, sulfates, dyes, nor perfumes in any of the stylish bottles. Favorite among editors and celebrities, the range is sold all over the world in niche boutiques and at www.bradskincare.com.

My email interactions with Brad have been pure joy. He even said my posts crack him up, I’m proud to brag. I’m looking forward to asking him another 5,000 questions. What? You learn by asking questions and I refuse to learn from anyone but the best. I can’t wait to try the mask he’s working on. Unless he releases the tinted gel/serum SPF first. #TheWaitingGame
